Individual Counselling
Individual counselling is offered to adults and children 12 years old and older. Counselling is delivered both in-person and virtually, clients must be located in Alberta for virtual services.
I deliver my services at my office based out of Lethbridge Counselling Services. I draw from different therapeutic modalities where we collaboratively navigate what you are searching for, and how to best reach your goals.
Group Sessions
Group sessions are offered for those who may be looking for a set number of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions on topics relevant to mental health for both youth and adult populations.
I will gladly work collaboratively with you or your workplace to explore what group sessions look like, deciding on the number of sessions, and identifying what topics can be explored throughout the groups. Contact me directly for this service.
Community Consultation
Working with communities is one of my passions, I work collaboratively with you or your organization to identify how I can best work for you.
Community consultation could include short-term contract work for projects that require mental health services, consulting on the development and delivery of mental health services, and much more. Contact me to arrange or inquire about consultation.
